At 8:00am, After a leisurely breakfast, Departure to volcanoes national park in (Musanze district) the journey will take 2hours drive, upon arrival you will go straight to visit Caves of Musanze and Pfunda Tea factory where the journey takes one hour drive then after drive back to Musanze, Check in at Five Volcanoes lodge for late lunch, Evening visit Iby’iwacu traditional culture village performed by Ex-poachers, It is very interesting to see how they perform Rwandan traditional dances and literary about during Rwanda’s kingdom time, You will learn how they used to kill animals using spears and arrows for meat. At 8:30an After breakfast departure to Lake Kivu with a visit at Karisoke research center Dian Fossey center (Diane Fossey Camp in musanze town) optional of visiting caves of Musanze, Lunch at Kivu Serena Hotel, Evening you will interact with fishermen from their association when they are setting off in the evening for night fishing. Dinner and overnight stay at Kivu Serena Hotel.
After early breakfast departure for Nyungwe national park, the clients will departure from Lake Kivu to Kibuye (Karongi District) with a speed boat that can take up to 7 people for (1 hour) On the way by water transport, Clients will visit Napoleon Island in Lake kivu then after continue their journey to meet with their driver guides who have left early morning by road. Lunch in Kibuye then proceed to Nyungwe National park. Upon arrival clients will enjoy a short natural walk alongside the main road for (1km) to take the photos of beautiful rainforest, Then after continue to visit the beautiful tea plantations around the forest. Dinner and overnight stay at Mantis Kivu Marina on full board (FB)
